By purchasing from our website or confirming a custom wig commission, you agree to the applicable terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

1. Our Products & Services

Semone Jasmin Wigs specialises in hand-styled cosplay wigs, including:

• Custom wig commissions created to individual customer requirements.

• Made-to-order wigs styled after purchase.

• Ready-to-ship wigs that are already completed.

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and photographs. As wigs are individually styled, minor variations may occur.

Any material changes to an agreed custom design will be discussed with the customer.

2. Custom Wig Commission Enquiries

Customers may request a custom wig quote through our commission enquiry form.

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee that a commission has been accepted.

Before accepting a commission, we will discuss the design requirements, estimated price, payment arrangement, requested deadline and availability.

A commission is confirmed only when we have accepted the order and the agreed initial payment has been received.

3. Custom Designs & Customer Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing accurate design references, colour preferences, styling requests and other relevant information.

We may ask for additional details before confirming a commission.

The agreed design and specifications will form the basis of the commission.

If a customer requests changes after confirmation, we will explain whether those changes are possible and whether they affect the price or completion schedule.

Additional charges will only apply where agreed with the customer.

4. Prices, Deposits & Payments

Prices are confirmed before a custom commission is accepted.

Customers may pay:

• 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining 50% payable before dispatch; or

• 100% upfront, if they prefer to pay in full.

Deposit arrangements are subject to agreement before the order is confirmed.

All outstanding balances must be paid before dispatch.

Any cancellation charges or refunds will be handled fairly, in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer law.

Deposits are not automatically forfeited in every circumstance.

5. Production Times & Deadlines

Custom wig production is scheduled according to the agreed deadline, current availability and the complexity of the design.

Some commissions may begin shortly after booking, while others may be scheduled for a later production date.

Customers should communicate any important event or convention deadline before confirming their order.

We will confirm any agreed production or dispatch deadline individually.

If circumstances arise that may affect an agreed deadline, we will contact the customer as soon as reasonably possible to discuss the available options.

Nothing in these terms removes any legal rights relating to late delivery.

6. Shipping & International Orders

Production times and delivery times are separate.

Estimated shipping times begin after the wig has been completed and dispatched.

International orders may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and courier handling fees, which are generally the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Cancellation and return rights depend on the type of wig ordered and applicable consumer law.

Genuinely personalised wigs may be exempt from the usual statutory change-of-mind cancellation right.

Standard made-to-order and ready-to-ship wigs may qualify for statutory online cancellation rights.

Nothing in these terms limits customers' rights concerning faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.

8. Wig Care & Handling

Customers should follow any care instructions supplied with their wig.

Excessive heat, improper washing, cutting, restyling or unsuitable products may damage a wig.

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or improper care after delivery, but this does not affect statutory rights relating to faults present when the wig was supplied.

9. Website Information

We aim to keep our website's prices, descriptions and availability accurate.

If we discover a significant error affecting an order, we will contact the customer and explain the available options.

We will not make additional charges or substitute materially different products without the customer's agreement.

10. Customer Information & Privacy

Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery details when placing an order.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

11. Intellectual Property

Original photographs, written content and branding created by Semone Jasmin Wigs remain the property of their respective rights holders.

Customers must not reproduce or commercially use our original content without permission, except where permitted by law.

Character names, designs and other intellectual property belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

Changes will not retrospectively alter the agreed terms of an existing order without the customer's agreement or another lawful basis.
