1. Are your wigs made to order?

Yes, all my wigs are made to order.
This ensures every unit is freshly styled, customised with care, and delivered in perfect condition.

 

2. How long does it take to make a wig?

Processing times vary depending on the style, but typically 3–4 weeks. During busier periods (like Black Friday), processing times may increase.

 

3. Do you accept custom wig commissions?

Yes! I specialise in custom wigs for drag performers, burlesque artists, cosplayers, and stage performers.

4. How do I care for my synthetic wig?

Here are the basics:

Use a wide-tooth comb or wig brush.

Style using low heat only (if the fibres are heat-safe).

Store on a wig stand to maintain shape.

Avoid heavy oils or greasy products.

5. Can I use heat on your wigs?

Most of the fibres I use are heat-resistant, but always check your care instructions.
If heat is allowed, use low to medium settings only to avoid damage.

 

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship worldwide excluding the EU.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

 

7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because all wigs are handmade and customised, I’m unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.


If there’s an issue with your order, contact me within 48 hours and I’ll help resolve it.

 

8. How do I measure my head for a wig?If a specific measurement is needed, you’ll receive instructions on:

Circumference, ear-to-ear and front-to-nape measurments

 

9. Can I request a colour change or small adjustment?

Yes, small tweaks such as colour variations or density adjustments may be possible depending on the style. Just message me before placing your order.

 

10. How long do your styled wigs last?

With proper care, my wigs last years, even with performance-level wear.
They can be gently restyled or reshaped when needed.

11. Do you restyle wigs that weren’t made by you?

At the moment, I only restyle wigs purchased through my shop.
This ensures the fibres and foundation meet my quality standards.

12. Can I wear your wigs for daily use?
